End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT!
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Effective Labs Sweden AB ("Effective") for the Effective software product "Effective Site Studio 2004:2" ("Product").

You agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement by installing and/or using this product. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE DO NOT INSTALL IT. YOU MAY RETURN IT TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.

1. LICENSE EXTENTS
Effective grants you the following rights provided that you comply with the conditions of this EULA:

A limited, personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

The Software may be shared on a single computer by other users, provided that a license has been purchased for each individual user.

The home edition of the Software may only be used to produce non-commercial and non-profit materials.

2. UPDATES & UPGRADES
You must be a registered owner of your license to be entitled to install, use and run products identified as updates or upgrades.

3. LIMITATIONS
You may not decompile, disassemble or in any other way reverse engineer the product except and only to the extent expressly stated by applicable law.

4. TERMINATION
Effective may cancel this EULA if you do not abide by its terms and condition, in which you must destroy all copies of the Product and all of its related parts.

5. NOT FOR RESALE
This product may not be resold or transferred other than for demonstration purposes.

6. TRIAL VERSION
A Product marked as a Trial version may only be used internally for evaluation. The results produced with the trial version of the product may NOT be used on public web sites or used commercially.

7. OWNERSHIP
All patents, copyrights, trade marks, trade secrets and other proprietary rights in or related to the Software are and will remain the exclusive property of Effective. You agree not to take any action that may jeopardize Effectives proprietary rights. Effective will own all rights in any copy, translation, modification or derivation of the Software including any improvements or development thereof.

8. DISCLAIMER
IN NO EVENT SHALL EFFECTIVE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY, FOR FAILURE OR LOSS OF TIME OR ANY OTHER LOSSES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF THE PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUPPORT, UPDATES AND UPGRADES.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS.
